I’m Billy, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people improve their health, function, and overall quality of life through movement. I love what I do because exercise isn’t just about fitness, it’s a powerful tool for both physical and mental well-being.
Whether recovering from injury or managing a chronic condition, being a fundamental part in the process of helping someone achieve their goals and greater independence is incredibly rewarding - and I am glad to be part of that journey.
Outside of work, my obsession with exercise continues through soccer and the gym, helping me stay grounded and connected to the lifestyle I encourage in others.
